1. SPONSOR AND PROMOTER
The Find The Plus Promotional Contest (“Promotion”) is sponsored and promoted by Chicken Plus, 2136 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of Washington who are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants who are 16 or 17 years old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. If a potential winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must verify eligibility and complete any required prize documentation before the prize is awarded.
Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on September 7, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 5:45 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
All online entries must be received by Sponsor no later than 5:45 PM Pacific Time on December 31, 2026. Entries received after the deadline are not eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit FindThePlus.com and complete the official online entry form by providing the requested information, including a valid email address, and submitting your guess as to what the “+” represents.
A valid email address is required to enter the Promotion and may be used to administer the Promotion, verify an entry, and contact a potential winner.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
A correct guess is not required to win. All eligible entries will have an equal opportunity to be selected in the random drawing.
Consent to receive promotional emails or text messages is not required to enter or win.
5. PRIZE
One (1) eligible winner will receive:

One prize will be awarded.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be awarded, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. No fee, purchase, shipping charge, or other payment will be required to claim or receive the prize.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the entry deadline.

8. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN
The potential winner must be physically present at 2136 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, at the time of the drawing to win.
When an entrant’s name is selected, Sponsor will announce the selected entrant and provide a reasonable opportunity for that person to identify themselves and verify their presence and eligibility.
If the selected entrant is not present, does not respond when called, cannot verify eligibility, or is otherwise disqualified under these Official Rules, that entrant will forfeit any claim to the prize and Sponsor may immediately select another potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
This process may continue until an eligible winner who is present is selected.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be announced at the live drawing on December 31, 2026 and may also be contacted using the email address or telephone number submitted with the entry.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, Washington residency, and compliance with these Official Rules.
A potential winner who is 16 or 17 years old must have a parent or legal guardian verify eligibility and complete any required prize documentation before the prize is awarded.
10. GEOGRAPHIC AREA
The Promotion is offered only to eligible residents of the State of Washington and is void outside Washington and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
11. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Any required taxes are payable only to the appropriate government taxing authority.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to publicly announce the winner’s first name and city of residence in connection with the Promotion without additional compensation.
Any additional use of the name, photograph, image, likeness, or other publicity rights of a winner under 18 will require appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, provides materially false information, interferes with the operation of the Promotion, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances materially affect the fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of technical or communications failures outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
15. PRIVACY
Personal information submitted through the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants regarding the Promotion, and select and contact the winner, as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Providing a telephone number is optional. Entering the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
